Our Working Hours
Although we start early and finish late, our official working hours are below - we often have people working weekends, so don't be surprised if you hear from us.
Please note that our phone lines open from 10AM Monday - Friday.
We are proud of our email support! We have specialised software that ensures we get back to you quickly and accurately and dedicated staff who monitor them constantly throughout the working day.

We work from a secure unit, and do not have a physical shop for you to browse. If you are local and wish to collect your order place your order as normal and select the "Collect From Warehouse" option. Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), calls are charged at local rate.
