Holiday Hours

What a slightly less crazy year 2022 has been! We hope you take some time to rest and spend the holidays with your loved ones!

We've worked incredibly hard this year to ensure you're getting the same quality products and excellent service you expect from us. But, even we need some rest over the holiday period.

Please see our operating hours over this period so you can start planning your operations for Christmas and the new year.

For delivery before Christmas, place your order before 22 December using next-day delivery We have now been advise 19th is the likley last day for pre-christmas delivery (though we advise you to place your order earlier as deliveries during this period can be unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date of 23rd December).
Orders placed after 10:30 AM on 23 December to 27 December will be shipped on 28 December for delivery on 30 December if you selected "next-day delivery" as your delivery method.
Any orders placed on 30th December should be expected to be delivered on or after 3rd January.
Our staff are operating over the festive period to make order preparations and cover customer service, but it will be a limited service (our live chat system and phone lines will be closed).
We will return to standard operations on 3rd January 2023.
Due to the time of year and extra demand on our delivery partners we would recommend ordering as soon as possible

Please take some to get orientated with our cut off times and operating hours over the holidays. It differs from previous years.
